We recommend bringing a bathing suit, a change of clothes, sunscreen, and closed-toed shoes. For your convenience, towel service, showers and secure lockers are included in your pass.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.

The experience is available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., allowing you to enjoy all facilities at your own pace.
There is no age limit; the complex is family-friendly and thoughtfully designed for guests of all ages and mobility levels.
Includes 20+ thermal pools, waterfall jump, towels, lockers, Wi-Fi, and parking. Note: Does not include cultural tour, ziplining, horseback riding, or the jungle slide.
Prices start at $65 for adults and $52 for children (ages 5–10), plus taxes. Children under 5 enter free.
