The Rincón Day Pass includes unlimited access to more than 20 hot, warm and cold volcanic pools, plus canopy ziplining, horseback riding, the 400-meter jungle waterslide and Guanacaste’s only waterfall jump. Guests can also enjoy a volcanic mud experience, scenic forest trails, the organic garden and a hands-on cultural experience featuring traditional sugarcane production, coffee and local treats.
Both passes include ziplining, horseback riding, the jungle waterslide, volcanic mud, riverfront thermal pools, cultural activities and buffet lunch.
The Rincón Day Pass also includes unlimited access to the complete Rincón Thermals complex with more than 20 volcanic pools and the waterfall jump. Explore Day Pass guests can upgrade to the complete thermal complex for an additional fee.
The Rincón Day Pass provides access from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., giving guests approximately 7½ hours to enjoy the property and included activities.
Yes. The pass includes unlimited access to the complete Rincón Thermals complex, featuring more than 20 hot, warm and cold volcanic pools designed for comfortable access with minimal walking and no hiking required.
Children are welcome, with reduced pricing for ages 5–11 and free admission for children under five. However, some adventure activities may have separate age, height, weight or safety requirements. Families should confirm which activities younger children can join before booking.
A complimentary buffet lunch, towel service, secure lockers, showers, Wi-Fi and free on-site parking are included, helping guests comfortably spend the entire day at Rincón.
Guests should bring a bathing suit, sunscreen, closed-toed shoes suitable for the adventure activities and a change of clothes. Insect repellent and a reusable water bottle are also recommended for a full day outdoors.
Rincón Thermals & Adventures is located in Guanacaste near the Rincón de la Vieja area and is accessible by paved roads from the region’s main beach resorts. Free on-site parking is included, but transportation is not currently listed as part of the pass. Guests should arrange their own transportation or contact Rincón directly to ask about available transfer options.
Guests receive a full refund or credit when cancelling at least 24 hours in advance. Guests also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels because of weather or another unforeseen circumstance. No-shows are charged the full booking price.
